Blue Arrow are recruiting 5 X Case Handlers on full time (37.5 hrs per week)
The hours of work will be between 8am-6pm Monday - Friday, however the occasional Saturday may be required during busy periods.
Essential Competencies:
* Customer Service Experience
* Strong IT Skills
* Competent in Microsoft Systems
* Excellent spoken and written English Language Skills (role is mainly made up of inbound calls and emails so this)
Preferable Competencies:
* Case Management Experience
* Telecommunications/ Sales Background
Please note this role is only inbound traffic... so there is no outgoing cold calling involved.
This is an Office based role.
The company address is M44 5AH (5 minute walk from Irlam Train Station)
Between £20,000 - £24,000 per year salary dependant on experience - temp to perm role for the right candidates.
