JOB TITLE SME Hub Advisors (x10)
JOB LOCATION Remote but will be based Reading or Cardiff office once restrictions lifted so candidates need to live within a commutable distance of either office
SECURITY CLEARANCE LEVEL REQUIRED BPSS
LENGTH OF CONTRACT start ASAP - min 6 months contract
HOURS Full Time - Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week
PAY RATE - PAYE £12.50 per hour
INTERVIEW PROCESS Telephone with Manager
Inbound Telephony positions dealing with billing enquiries.
Candidates will have a very strong customer services background (ideally utilities but this is only a preferred industry) and must have excellent customer services and verbal communication skills
Dealing with a high volume of inbound calls, candidates must be resilient, empathetic and be able to build relationships with customers quickly.
They will be speaking with people who may be having issues with payments and are unhappy with their bills / payment due.
