We are currently recruiting on behalf of this unique client to support with a HR administrator working in their recruitment team.
You will also be involved in the recruitment and selection process:
- Work with the Recruitment Team Leader making phone calls,
- Arranging interviews,
- Sending on-boarding/ offer paperwork and updating databases.
You will need to be able to cope with high volume workload & a very fast paced, commercial environment.
You will also need to be able to maintain focus and a very good attention to detail.
Hourly rate would be £10.50 depending on experience etc.
Working hours would be 40 per week (9-5.30 pm) normally Monday to Friday but with the potential of some weekend work (the company are looking at running a couple of recruitment events on Saturdays in November).
Previous HR experience would be an advantage however strong administration skills and the ability to work at pace is essential!
