Blue Arrow Bristol has a new Call Centre working from Home (Remote) role.
What will you be doing: Basic Customer service - call type varies from technical (hardware problem, network related queries), billing (main call type), promotions (adding Disney+ to account), returns and repairs (damaged handsets) this role is 100% inbound. You will receive 3 weeks training covering everything that you'll need to know and follow up support after that.
General Information:
Our Client is Capita and you will be working on their O2 Mobile contract
Pay Rate: £9.50
Shifts available: Either 08.00-16.00 or 13.00-21.00
54 heads required
Start date: 1st November 2021
Home based (Specific IT required, see below)
100% calls Inbound & Some Admin
The Duration is ongoing, no end date to contract (we have staff that have been there 12 months+)
IT Requirements for this role
Any broadband provider except Talk Talk & AOL, as the clients system does not work with these.
Experience/Skills Required for this role
Minimum of 6 months customer service experience
Fluent written and spoken English
No criminal Record
