CHEF - Bournemouth - NO LATE NIGHTS
As a Chef you will be responsible for this busy Contract Catering unit in Bournemouth.
Within this role, you will be focusing on delivering the highest quality of food and service along with flair, originality, and the ability to make this one of the best contract catering offers in the area.
As a chef you will be cooking and presenting food which can feed up to 450 covers and report into the onsite Chef/Catering Manager
Key Information:
* Salary: £11.50 per hour
* Hours: 5/7, 46 weeks, 7am - 3pm or 9am - 5pm or 11am - 7pm
* Location: Bournemouth
* Contract: Permanent
* Pension and generous holiday entitlement
* Straight shifts, no late nights

Key Responsibilities of the role include:
* Provide a friendly catering service, performing a variety of manual tasks associated with food production and service in the school
* Preparation, cooking and presentation of food to agreed standards.
* Help with preparation of food items and maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of kitchen
* Work alongside the kitchen team
Required skills include:
* A strong understanding of produce and ingredients
* Experience of a variety of kitchen environments and cuisines
* Knowledge of food production methods
* Embrace new ideas and processes
* Positive and approachable manner
In order to be successful, you'll need to have:
* Experience working in a similar environment
* Ability to follow instructions
* High Standards of hygiene
