Post Worker in the Glasgow area
DRIVING LICENCE IS MANDATORY
Currently recruiting for Postal workers with responsibility delivering parcels and mail to both commercial and residential addresses on a dedicated parcel route, you will effectively sort and load parcels ready for your days work. Ensure all parcels are delivered to customers and effective use of PDA
Competitive pay rates on offer: £11.44 per hour
While working you will also build up holiday pay, be paid weekly and if suited you have the opportunity to be taken on as a full time employee.
Successful candidates must be 18 and over, no more than 6 points and be able to complete a basic criminality check before starting the role.
Registrations for this role will be done online and interview slots must be booked with branch
The start date for this contract is asap Monday to Friday (weekend shifts also on offer) You will work a minimum of 20 hours per week, however we need you to be flexible and prepared to work as needed by the client up to full time hours
Hours of work are between 9am - 9pm daily working week is Monday to Saturday The role is working up to 6 days with an opportunity to work overtime.
The ideal candidate will be flexible and customer focused. You must be able to work alone as well as being part of a team and working with them. Due to the nature of the role we are looking for candidates that like being outdoors in all weathers whilst maintain a professional and upbeat attitude.
