As a Warehouse Supervisor you will be/have:

In this role you will:

  • Assist with the unloading of vehicles and the checking in of stock
  • Collect items from throughout the Warehouse, prepare and complete warehouse orders for delivery to a schedule
  • Perform warehouse inventory controls
  • Perform stock counts and location checks
  • Ensure all goods-in are received in properly and entered on to the system correctly following the QC and book in procedures
  • Safe and organised storage of goods
  • Stock preparation and continuous feed of raw materials to our production team
  • Organise workflow and ensuring that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks
  • Monitor employee productivity and training of your team
  • Understand and application of all Quality Control processes and documentation to SALSA standards
  • Prepare of finished products ready for dispatch
  • Attending internal meetings with different departments to drive through process improvements
  • Maintain accurate documents traceability
  • Maintain a clean and tidy work environment
  • Maintain Stock Control Records including Daily Goods in reports and provide weekly Stock Check reports


Qualifications/Licences/Certifications/Experience

  • High/secondary school GCSE's or equivalent
  • More practical skills or experience instead of an actual accredited qualification, such as being physically able for the sometimes-strenuous work, being methodical, being able to follow instructions closely, and working well within a team
  • The ability to multitask and to proactively organise staffing levels to ensure deadlines are met
  • A good level of knowledge on how Microsoft office operates and related software packages
  • You will have a high level of skills using traditional warehouse equipment
  • A clean UK driving licence is a requirement for this role
  • 1-year supervisory experience preferred but not essential

Working Hours/Pattern:

  • This is a full time, permanent role
  • 9-hour shift pattern working 8am to 5pm
  • Day shifts only
  • Monday to Friday
