Blue Arrow have an exciting opportunity for a Gateline Customer Service assistant to work at busy stations in Glasgow area. This is a full time role, initially for a 12 week period which will be reviewed.
Main duties will include assisting customer with queries in relation to tickets (including selling), timetables and train services. Excellent customer service skills, cash handling experience, smart presentation and a friendly and approachable manner is essential.
This role is for an immediate start and you will be working five days from seven which includes weekends so full flexibility is required.You should also be available long term if this role is extended.
Two shift patterns currently available:
06.00 to 00.25 Mon to Sat. Sun 08.00 to 23.00. One week early and one week late shift
Mon - Friday 06.30 - 10.32 & 15.30 - 19.32 split shifts Saturday is 09.30 - 14.32 single shift alternative weeks.
Pay Rate - £9.30 per hour, increasing to £9.79 per hour after 12 weeks.
