Position: Inbound Customer Service Advisor
Location: Manchester
Salary: £9.55
HOURS FULL TIME - Monday - Friday Between 8am-6pm - 15-week rota in advance, and early finishes on a Friday.
My client is looking to recruit 100 people to work in this great opportunity.

This is an exciting role working with the general public dealing with incoming queries relating to benefit payments and queries, no 2 calls will ever be the same which offers a unique contact centre opportunity. You will be the first point of contact for queries and will be supporting customers all over the UK to resolve issues, problems and queries in regards to the benefit payment, you will also be supporting in the set up of new claims.
The role has great opportunities for progression, you may in the future find yourself working direct for our client in a permanent role, supporting in the onboarding of new staff, you might even become a team leader. All permanent roles with the client will be visible to you to apply to once you have started your temporary assignment.
Must Haves:
* Customer service experience
* An ability to be empathic to the customer
* A natural desire and passion to help customers and come to an efficient resolution with an ownership of the customer problem
* Basic computer literacy and a good working knowledge of Microsoft packages
* Excellent Listen and negotiating skills
* The ability and motivation to work to set key performance indicators
* Strong communication - written and verbal and a good telephone manner
* The ability work unsupervised and deliver quality work across multiple task
* Able to self-manage workload and work to deadlines when needed
Requirements:
* Willing to sign a non-disclosure document
* Able to pass a criminal records check (DBS Externals not accepted)
* A passion to support customers find the best resolve to their query
* Ability to work alone or as part of a team
