Role - Chef Manager
Location - Woolpit, Bury Saint Edmunds
Pay - £17.50
Shifts - Monday to Friday / 08:00-14:00
Availability - Immediate start available
Blue Arrow are recruiting a Chef Manager for a client based in Woolpit, Bury Saint Edmunds.
As a Chef manager you will have a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-established primary school. As a Chef Manager you will responsible for the success of the kitchen operation;
- Managing Rota's
- Ordering stock and general stock management
- Menu Prep
- Support the culinary operation where required
As a successful candidate will require;
- Kitchen experience required minimum as a Sous Chef
- Stock management
- Ability to create menu's / Aware of food allergy procedures
- Good Communication
- Level 2 food Hygiene certificate
- Enhanced DBS
