Blue Arrow are currently recruiting for 'Inbound Customer Care Advisors' in the Newcastle area for a fast paced and energetic call centre. Shifts are full time (36.25 hours per week) between the hours of Mon to Fri 8am - 7.15pm, Sat 9am - 5.00pm. Intakes monthly from January - March 2022.
* Inbound customer service calls
* Supporting with a wide range of motor insurance enquiries from new or existing customers regarding a quotation or renewal of existing policy.
* Listens carefully to customer needs and information, validating customer data and requirements to ensure suitability of policy offered. For existing customers this may involve the negotiation of the renewal terms.
* Ensure FCA Regulations are adhered to in relation to the sale/purchase of a product
* Using customer insight, offer policy upgrades based on customer requirements
* Data entry into bespoke software (full training provided)
* Excellent customer service manner
* Good attention to detail for accurate data entry
* Good working IT and administrative skills
* Clear communication skills
* Personable and engaging, with a resilient nature
