Position: Inbound Customer Service Advisor
Location: Liverpool L33
Salary: £9.55 per hour
HOURS FULL TIME 35 hours- Monday - Friday Shifts Between 8am-6pm

Must Haves:
* Customer service experience
* An ability to be empathic to the customer
* A natural desire and passion to help customers and come to an efficient resolution with an ownership of the customer problem
* Basic computer literacy and a good working knowledge of Microsoft packages
* Excellent Listen and negotiating skills
* The ability and motivation to work to set key performance indicators
* Strong communication - written and verbal and a good telephone manner
* The ability work unsupervised and deliver quality work across multiple task
* Able to self-manage workload and work to deadlines when needed
Requirements:
* Willing to sign a non-disclosure document
* Able to pass a criminal records check (DBS Externals not accepted)
