We are looking for talented individuals to work at a high end, bespoke event over the next 2 months.
We are looking for CDP's or Sous Chefs delivering service in a unique location 30 mins from Swindon cooking fresh food, working in a small brigade, and providing excellent standards.
We are looking for people to support on a short or long term basis and a finish no later than 10pm. This would also be ideal for Chefs who are looking to supplement their income
CDP rate is £13.25 Midweek £15.25 Weekend
Sous Chef rate is £15.25 Midweek £17.25 Weekend
Tasks include:
-Supporting and delivering service
-Preparing ingredients for service
-Cookery and preparation of meals
- Due diligence checks and legal paperwork
- Supporting with stock ordering and inventory
- Communicating with different departments regarding food operations
We are looking for candidates that have completed their Food Hygiene Level 2, but we can support with new certifications. Ideally you will have completed an NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Professional Cookery, we are open to employ chefs from all different employment backgrounds.
