Blue Arrow Edinburgh are currently recruiting for Customer Service Advisor's to work with our public sector client
This role will be home based but you must be able to travel to Edinburgh to collect equipment and attend training days in th future.
The successful applicants will act as first point of contact through the Customer Engagement Centre. You will be responsible for answering queries from customers over telephone, email, web portal and social media.
20-24 hrs per week (must work either a Friday or a Saturday as part of the working week) £9.73ph Monday to Friday, £14.59 for Saturday and Sunday
Full training provided
This is a telephony based role in which you will respond to inbound calls
General Duties include;
- Acting as first point of contact for all customer enquiries
- Work proactively as part of a team to manage fast-paced workloads
- Focus on providing first time resolution on all contacts
- Accurately log and record all customer contacts on the system - Assigning problem resolution to a resource based on level of priority i.e low/medium/high - Ensure all customer contact meets agreed performance standards
