We have various postal delivery driving contracts available with Royal Mail.
Penicuik depot are looking for postal workers to work approx 20-30 hours per week working 5 days out of 6 (Monday - Saturdays),
Pay is £11.44 per hour for Monday -Saturdays and £13.91 per hour for Sundays.
At Penicuik, your day is likely to start at 10am and depending on your run you will work approx 4-6 hours each shift. The shifts are allocated on a rota basis Monday to Saturday, you will work 5 days a week with one day off through the week.
Pay rate: £11.44 per hour, paid weekly every Friday.
Duration: This contract is to start ASAP and is ongoing.
Location: You would start and end your day at the depot in Penicuik.

You must be able to travel to and from the depot you are allocated to.
The role: As a postal delivery worker you will be customer facing, delivering to a mix of business and residential addresses. You may need access to a van for more remote areas so a valid drivers licence with no more than 6 points is essential for this role.
This role will involve working outside and walking between areas/address for a large portion of your day so successful candidates must be comfortable working outside and walking for prolonged periods of time.
This role does require a DBS check (criminality history for the last 5 years), if you are successful with the role you must be happy to complete this check.
