Contracts Admin - 21k - 26k Monday to Friday 8am till 5pm

As the Contracts admin your responsible for taking help desk quires and then issuing works to engineers.
This full time role would suit you if
- You have worked in a similar industry, either in plumbing, construction, FM or maintenance
- you have a strong worth ethic and go the extra mile
- Have strong communication skills
- Experience of working within a challenging Service & Maintenance related environment
- Ability to Co-ordinate, administrate and manage reactive and PPM works in line with strict
- Work within PPM related items ensuring Assets, Schedule, Scope of Works
- IT literate in all Microsoft packages especially Word and Excel - in order to produce
detailed Excel and Word reports
- Ability to work overtime if and when required
