Our client are a well-regarded company within the Financial Services industry. There is an amazing uncapped commission structure in place and top performers can expect to earn £40k! In addition to fantastic bonus package, our client offer numerous other ad hoc incentives and awards such holidays and an annual bonus scheme.

You will not need to have phone-based sales experience, just the drive and determination to succeed in a target driven environment. Positive attitude, resilience and drive is a key for this role.

Due to expanding business they are looking for ambitious individuals to join them. This is a B2C telesales role, making outbound calls to members of the public. You do not need to have sales experience however must have a passion for making money and a desire to have a rewarding sales career.

Monday - Friday 11am - 7pm, 1 Saturday morning a month.

Basic salary £18,000, first year OTE at 30k +.

Appointment Maker - The Role:

  • Making outbound calls to warm leads.
  • Qualifying customers with a series of questions.
  • The aim is to book them in for a telephone appointment with a senior advisor.
  • Maintaining your pipeline of calls and updating the system.

Appointment Maker - The candidate:

  • Money hungry who loves exceeding targets.
  • Resilient and confident handling objections.
  • Professional communication with ability to use initiative.
  • Driven with a determination to succeed.
