I am currently recruiting an spa therapist to join a fabulous four-star hotel that sits in Cotswold countryside. This is a key and vital role within this lovely Hotel & Spa. As a Spa Therapist, naturally you will be passionate and friendly, whilst providing first class service delivering to the highest standard of therapeutic, holistic and wellbeing treatments. Ideally you be confident with facials, massages, and nail treatments, but full training can be given. The hotel spa has treatment rooms, and indoor and outdoor heated pools, a gym, a steam room, and a sauna.
Spa Therapist - Job Roles:
Carry out all treatments which could include full body massage, facials, manicures, pedicures, and waxing
Advise and consult clients on what treatments would be best suitable for them
Assist in the cleaning of the treatment rooms, spa reception and relaxation rooms in between clients
Actively upselling of spa retail products and manage bookings efficiently
Ensure all Health and Safety procedures are adhered to at all time
Undertake full assessment of clients' requirements and suitability of treatments and products offered
Carry out treatments to the highest professional standard following full in-house training standards and procedures.
Ensure exceptional familiarity with the all retail products and treatment and recommend to clients.
Support the Spa Management team with any other ad-hoc duties
Spa NVQ Level 2 qualification or equivalent is preferred
Previous experience within a hotel spa/beauty salon would be a distinct advantage however not essential
Product knowledge is preferable, however other spa product knowledge would also be considered.

Can demonstrate a professional, friendly, and helpful attitude towards guests and colleagues
Able to work on own initiative as well as working within a team.
Due to the nature of the role and the industry, flexibility is required to working hours as weekend and evening work will be required
