Blue Arrow are currently recruiting for an experienced back office administrator to work in Cheltenham
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm
Pay: £9.61 per hour (weekly pay)
Dealing with queries (training provided)
Temporary ongoing basis (with potential to be made permanent)
Location : Cheltenham - The Grange, however due to COVID 19 there may also be an element of homeworking but this will be only when autonomy has been earned, and if the business need can support it.
Scheduled Weekly Hours 37.5 Monday to Friday 7.5 hrs per day (1 Sat in 3 9.30-12.30 with one shorter day in the week to accommodate this)
Performs customer service activities and initiatives for limited number of products or clients.
Handling customer service inquiries and problems via the telephone, fax and mail.
Referring complex problems to senior staff.
Receiving, investigating and responding to all customer inquiries regarding shipments, products and complaints.
Entering phone and fax orders and related data into the computer.
Making changes to orders, backorders, shipping delays or information necessary to process or cancel orders.
Providing excellent customer service as first point of contact.
Providing factual information from in house systems.
Personally taking responsibility to ensure procedures are followed around data protection, complaints, breaches and any other areas which are monitored by compliance and our regulator the FCA.
Agents need to be excellent communicators, quick learners and adaptable. Ability to think under pressure and handle calls efficiently, resilience is key in this role.
