Blue Arrow are delighted to be recruiting currently for two exciting roles on behalf of our client to join their busy and friendly Belfast based team on a remote working from home basis.
Location: Belfast (remote working)

Payroll Advisor (3-5 Years' experience) £13.50 Per Hour
Payroll Administrator (1 years' experience) £11.50 Per Hour
Main Responsibilities:

* Managing electronic timekeeping systems or manually collecting and reviewing timesheets.
* Providing information and answering employee questions about payroll related matters.
* Calculating payable hours, commissions, bonuses, tax withholdings, and deductions.
* Preparing and issuing earnings statements.
* Issuing pay slips and managing direct deposits.
* Maintaining employee records.
* Providing administrative assistance to the accounting department.
* Coordinating with the HR department to ensure correct employee data.

The Ideal Candidate:

* Ideally a proven track record in Payroll administration and customer service in a fast paced environment
* Excellent organisational skills
* Attention to detail
* Great communication skills both written and verbal
* Must be able to pass security and credit checks
