Role: Telephony Advisor
Location: Tredegar Park , Newport
Salary: £10.11 per hour
Contract: Temporary (Ongoing), 6 months minimum - possibility of perm
Hours: Full time, 35 hours per week -office hours 7am - 11pm so you will need to be flexible

Then come join Blue Arrow! We have opportunities for full time Telephony Advisors role with a leading UK banking organisation based in Newport , Gwent . This help desk role will see you handling high volume of calls from business/commercial customers and troubleshooting technical issues on the online platform.
Must Haves:
* IT/Customer Helpdesk/Call Centre background is desirable
* Previous customer service experience (telephony) is essential (call centre/front of house/receptionist)
* Excellent communication - oral and written.
* Confident telephone manner and communication
* Ability to adapt to change - fast-paced department
* IT proficient - dealing with customer technical issues on online platform
* Ability to work unsupervised and deliver quality work across multiple tasks within required deadlines.
* Positive and approachable manner.
* Excellent team working skills.
* Clear credit history & clear criminal record
A professional telephone manner and strong communication skills are a must as this is a fast-paced environment and you will be handling a high volume of calls for a big banking brand. Excellent computer or telephone technical support, customer service or banking will be advantageous.
