No experience required - only that of a customer-based role previously as we offer full training and support for all successful candidates. You will be working within a large team of friendly people and very quickly will become part of family within our inbound call centre based on Old Hall Street, Liverpool, situated in the Heart of a very busy commercial region in the City.
Our Contact Centre is very much an integral part of our businesses, daily we help and support customers with queries regarding their Life pensions and investments. As a key member of our team you will be working in the heart of our company. The role can be demanding but we provide 2-4 weeks training with full support offered to future you into the role. Every day you get the opportunity of speaking to different customers who are reaching out for advice, help or resolutions - allowing you the opportunity of making a huge difference to a person's day and our reputation.

The building in Old hall streets boats breakfast and lunch service overlooking the iconic river views of the City of Liverpool. Once inside you will feel the professionalism instantly, but the people will be smart/casually dressed, friendly and engaging.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a customer-based role with no sales - only investigating customer queries whilst guiding them through the [process. This opportunity will provide you with 4 weeks full time training - shift patterns to support your life outside of work and the chance to grow within the team and develop your individual style in an inbound call centre setting
Summary of Role
Working within a large customer service team, the successful candidate will provide a first-class service and experience to all customers within a financial setting - No experience in this required as full training given.
You will support customers with Pension and investment queries.
Key Responsibilities:
* To provide excellent customer service to our customers at first point of contact,
* Handle customer calls - all inbound regarding pension queries, by providing the highest level of customer service by aiming to meet the needs of our customers at the first point of contact.
* Colleagues must demonstrate the ability to undertake a meaningful, unscripted conversation with our customers through customer centric lead generation activities to facilitate positive customer outcomes
* Build a good rapport with our customers to deepen/develop the customer relationship and actively look to meet our customers' financial needs by promoting suitable services and products.

Person Requirements -
Experience in this field is not necessarily required as full training is provided - however we are looking for people who has a positive outlook, have an inquisitive mind and able to demonstrate problem solving
* Experience service environment or customer service - Must be able to demonstrate customer interaction for 1 year at least
* Able to work as part of a team, but also to take initiative individually and enjoy being with people
* Exceptionally empathetic - a clear and confident communicator with excellent communication and typing skills.
* A friendly, caring, and compassionate personality.

Location - Liverpool - Old Hall Street
Pay - £9.50PH
Hours 40 per week
Contract - Ongoing - perm
Hours 8am - 8pm Monday to Friday - weekends off
