JOB TITLE Sales & Retention Advisor
JOB LOCATION Belfast - role will be remote working but candidates must be based in Northern Ireland as role may turn into a flexi between office and remote working in the future
SECURITY CLEARANCE LEVEL REQUIRED BPSS
LENGTH OF CONTRACT Full time perm position starting ASAP
HOURS
37 per week - 3-week rotating shift pattern
W1 - 8.00am to 4.30pm
W2 - 9.30am to 6.00pm
W3 - 10.00am to 6.30pm
Department is usually open 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday and this later shift (11.30am to 8.00pm) may be reintroduced again in the future.
PAY RATE £10.45 per hour plus uncapped monthly commission
INTERVIEW PROCESS Telephone / Teams with Managers
REASON FOR VACANCY New Positions
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS None, experience is key
We are looking for experienced sales advisors to work in the Sales and Retentions department for our client. They will be dealing with new and existing customers
The business has released a new marketing campaign, so department is going to be very busy with lots of new business opportunities. Marketing includes TV and Radio advertising that went live this week (w/c 3rd May)
Looking for people who have experience with either inbound or outbound calls, ideally will have worked in a similar environment, reading from scripts - the department is highly regulated and always have to be compliant.
