Online Customer Service agent / Web Chat agent
Full training provided, working between 8am - 4pm Monday to Friday.
Home based, you should have a suitable working environment and sufficient internet.
You will need to be able to respond to customer queries via email and live chat. You must have an excellent written customer services skills and be able to handle multiple chats at the same time.
This is a ongoing temporary assignment with chance to go on to permanent.
