Hours: 5/7 days - shifts vary but it is usually 9 - 5pm or 8 - 6pm.

Recruiting for a talented Sous Chef to join a very reputable contract catering company based in Bicester. The company has a production kitchen where it creates world class cuisine for international travel. My client is looking for a passionate and dedicated Pastry Sous Chef to become part of our Events Kitchen team at our state-of-the-art headquarters near Bicester, Oxfordshire.
The hours are flexible and tie in to the demands of the international traveller so there will be a mixture of earlies and late but all shifts are straight and there will be a lot of day time hours 9-5 or 8:00-18:00 shifts but the chefs also need to be prepared to work evenings when the demand is there.
Main Duties and Responsibilities as a Sous Chef
- Supporting the senior members of the team
- Driving the business forward
- Supervising the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef
