Fantastic Opportunity to work for a household name and leading company in the field of tele communication. The start date is 7th June based in Runcorn working in a long-term ongoing contract with the chance to become permanent. The role is taking Inbound calls delivering first class customer service to each customer in a friendly helpful manner.
The ideal Call Centre Agent:
We are looking for people who are confident being on the phone, talking and listening to customers ensuring that they have great telephone manners as well as being friendly. We are looking for people with great customer service skills who can interact with customers through inbound calls. This company harness a positive attitude towards colleagues and customers, so if you have a can-do mindset and commitment and drive to always put the customer at the heart of all that you do , this could be the job for you and we want you to be a part of our team.
