Chef de Partie - Seafront Restaurant - Surrey
Circa £22 - £24k
Chef de partie needed for a restaurant and entertainment venue on the seafront of Exmouth.
You will work straight shifts on a 5/7 day basis. Latest finish will be around 9pm if you are on the late shift.
This Chef position offers a competitive salary plus benefits including good working hours.
Main duties and responsibilities of the Chef (Exmouth, Devon):
* Supporting with menu development and design taking into account the nutritional requirement of healthy eating cuisine.
* Supporting the Head Chef/Sous in recruiting, managing, training and performance of all kitchen staff to high standards.
What you need to be successful in the Chef role (Exmouth, Devon):
* Experience of working with strict Health and Hygiene regimes
* Experience of ordering and menu pricing.
* Developing staff and passing on knowledge and skills
* Must have a passion and love for food.
* An enthusiasm for the role and for the hospitality and leisure industry in general.
