Role - Administrator/call handler
Location - Grays, Essex
Shifts - Monday to Friday, 8.00am - 5.30pm
Pay - £10 - £12 per hour
Blue Arrow are recruiting for a customer call handler/administrator for temporary to permanent vacancy in Grays, Essex.
Our client are national hire company who require additional support at their Grays site. As a customer call handler/administrator you involved with the following, Manage outgoing and incoming customer calls to hire process remains efficient, Input customer data into via client internal systems and to support the general office function. Main duties will include:
- Validating customer details for hire purposes
- Invoicing
- Managing damage charges
- Outgoing / incoming customers calls to customer following up on current orders, agreeing return dates etc
- Responding to customers emails in line with business processes
As successful candidate will require the following attributes;
- Excellent Telephone manner with proven experience
- PC Literate ( Microsoft office )
- Ability to commute to Gray's Daily
- Available in an ongoing capacity
