Chef - Winchester - Education Unit - £25,000
A Chef is required for a well-established contract catering company based in Winchester. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the smooth running of the high volume kitchen, catering for customers on-site.
The role will be Monday - Friday, two shift - 6.30am-3.30pm or 11am-7.30pm, with working only 1 in 3 weekends.
Transport is essential.
Chef responsibilities:

* Prepare and cook meals to the required standard
* Help ensure the smooth running of the kitchen
* Stock control
* Health and safety/food hygiene

Chef requirements:

* Experience at Chef de Partie in a high-volume establishment
* Contract Catering experience would be an advantage
* A willingness to learn and progress
* Relevant catering qualifications

The reward:

* Monday - Friday
* 1 in 3 weekends
* 40 hours a week
* 6.30am-3.30pm or 11am-7.30pm
* £10.58 per hour - overtime paid
