We are recruiting for contact centre advisors to work for a leading bank. This position at present is work from home and equipment will be provided.
The hours of work are Monday to Friday shifts between 8am-8pm and two Saturdays per month 9am-5pm.
There is six weeks of training Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.
Purpose of the role
To provide our customers with excellent service and support through this difficult time
Ensure we find the right outcome for their individual situation.
Help customers repay their arrears in the shortest, most affordable and sustainable time frames.
You will deal with different customers all with varied circumstances personal to them that may cause them to have difficulties financially such as break up, going self employed, awaiting income, illness, furlough and unemployment.
Desirable attributes- what we require from you
Experience of working in a call centre/ contact centre or strong customer service environment
Experience in collections would be advantageous
Excellent listening and communication skills
Ability to build and deepen customer relationships, ability to treat customers as an individual and deliver a tailored response.
Due to the nature of this role, we will need to carry out a vetting , that includes a credit check, extensive referencing and compatibility to the role through an assessment.
