We are looking for a Curriculum Support administrator to work on a 4-month temp contract, working from home. You will be a key member of the technical administrative support team who works very closely with the Curriculum Design and Development team for this UK wide training company.

To succeed in the role, you will need to be Quality aware, used to working to deadlines and be able to demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy in your previous roles.

You will need to understand E-learning platforms and ideally come form a training or curriculum development background.

You will also need to have a good knowledge of general IT systems including Word, Excel and PowerPoint and will be used to presenting data in report format, monitoring and responding to email enquiries and managing incoming traffic flow for several company in-boxes.

Additional key responsibilities will include:

1) Uploading completed programmes to Bud, including activities, learners & TC instructions
2) Completing the alt tags in all programmes
3) Helping to complete a first basic spag check some on completed programmes
4) Update product codes spreadsheet and mapping documents
