Customer Service Consultant (Home Insurance) - Leeds, Lovell Park £10.32 per hour! Temporary
Blue Arrow are recruiting Customer Service Consultants (Home Insurance) to work for our client who is a leading banking group in the UK! This is an exciting opportunity for candidates who enjoy working in a call centre environment to support customers while offering the best customer service at all times. Working in a customer orientated environment you will undertake a variety of tasks within a highly regulated business supporting customers with inquiries relating to Home Insurance. This role is based in Leeds, Lovell Park and will initially be for a duration of 6 months. You will work 5/6 days for 35 hours a week, Monday to Friday and 1 Saturday in 3 weeks. The hours of work will be between 08:00a.m - 06:00 p.m. Monday to Friday; and 09:00-01:00p.m on a Saturday. The pay rate will be £10.32 per hour and you will enjoy additional benefits such as pay progression, competitive Overtime rates and Flex pay. All successful candidates will undergo a Credit, Sanctions, Criminal record and CIFAS checks as well as mandatory referencing for 6 years. Interviews will be held for all suitable candidates. The desired start date will be 17 May 2021.
This role requires you to have the ability to work within the Leeds contact centre for a minimum of 1 -2 days per week, as well as being able to work from home. When working from home you will need a quiet area in a separate room that is free from any disturbances or interruptions. You will need the appropriate internet connection, as this role will involve you taking calls from customer over the internet using your personal wifi, you need to have a secure internet connection to ensure that you have a secure working environment whilst working from home.
