Blue Arrow are looking for a Recruiter to join their Edinburgh team.

The main duties of this role will be recruiting for call centre and customer service staff for an extremely busy recruitment team based in Edinburgh's West End.

Pay Rate: £12.00 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday - 35 hours per week
Shifts: Shifts are on a rotational basis between 8:00am - 5:30pm

Duties Include:

  • High volume of outbound calls to potential candidates
  • Reviewing high volumes of CV's for various customer service/call centre roles within Edinburgh and across the UK
  • Pre-screening of candidates and interview preparation
  • Collating candidate information and formatting CV's
  • Answering high volume of inbound calls from current flexible employees
  • Adhering to GDPR and general compliance regulations

Requirements:

  • Happy to work in a fast-paced role
  • Confident in making and handling high volume outbound and inbound
  • Meet individual and team targets/KPI's
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent communication - both oral and written
  • IT proficient
