Blue Arrow is currently recruiting for Customer Adviser in Perth.
Looking for 2 people to join the Contract Retention team, processing data and customer accounts. Candidates must have excellent IT skills, especially Excel as they will be using this for most of the time. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are needed as they will be liaising with internal teams and colleagues of all different levels and external customers both in writing and on the phone. Some knowledge / experience of reporting or billing would be highly beneficial
* Managing phone lines, inbound and outbound (mainly inbound at volume)
* Delivering an excellent service experience for customers
* Maintaining accurate call logs
* Booking in appointments for SMART Meters
* Updating databases and general administrative tasks as required
* Previous and recent experience working in a contact centre is essential
* Excellent customer service manner
Strong attention to detail for accurate data entry
* Good working IT skills
* Clear communication skills
* Personable and engaginging
* Available between March 2021 and March 2022 (possibility of extension)
Remote working now, however a return to the office is likely at some point so candidates must be local / commutable to the Perth office.
