Forklift Drivers with valid and accredited Reach Truck and Counterbalance - IMMEDIATE START - DAY SHIFTS ONLY


Blue Arrow is looking to recruit 5 experienced Reach Truck and Counterbalance drivers for one of the best employers and payers in the Belper area.

WE CAN ONLY ACCEPT DRIVERS WITH VALID AND ACCREDITED CERTIFICATIONS -REACH TRUCK LICENCE IS A ESSENTIAL.

The role is temporary ongoing with temp to perm perspective and requires a driver with strong logistic approach and experienced in line feeding, who is passionate about delivering excellent service to production areas.

We offer great pay rates and Monday to Friday shifts (rotation, regular mornings or afternoons depending on your and client needs) - provide you with good work-life balance but in addition to that amazing bonus scheme (up to £700 paid every 6 months after qualifying period)

Your rate goes up to £11.38/£12.91 shift depending following successful 4 week probation period. In those for 4 weeks all you need to do is attend your shifts as per rota, be punctual and productive, in same time demonstrate high standard safe operation of forklift. (Starting rate is £9.97/£10.49/ £11.04)

Hours of work:
Days: 5.45am - 2.15pm - Early finish of 11.45am on a Friday
Afternoons: 2:45pm - 11.15 pm - Early finish of 6.15pm on a Friday

Requirements and skills:
MUST HAVE at least solid 6 month experience on Reach
Great attention to detail
Previous warehouse/ logistic experience
Swift and proactive learner
Health and Safety aware


Flexibility is a key, shift pattern depends on the area of work and client's requirement.

You will be required to have an onsite assessment as part of the on boarding for this role.
