Position: Live In Management Couple
Location: Outskirts of Swindon
Establishment: High End Wedding Venue
Salary: Combined £38,000 to £40,000 P/A
Hours/Shifts: 40 Hours per month with roles consisting of flexible shifts. The number and length of shifts being determined by the demands of the business. Hours and days will be flexible to meet the needs of the business and includes bank holidays.
My client is recruiting for a Management Couple for a recently refurbished wedding venue, making it one of Wiltshire finest country wedding venues. This sole wedding venue, with its 17 Ensuite bedrooms, bar, functions rooms and gardens, the venue can cater for up to 150 guests and along with the General manager, your role as the Management Couple would be oversee all aspects of this exciting venue.
The role also comes with a large apartment on the top floor of the hotel. The apartment has it's own private entrance, 2 bedrooms, sitting room with conservatory, kitchen, utility room and bathroom. Please note - any offer of work to both partners will be conditional upon both living on site as their full-time residence.
My clients are look for personable, friendly, and reliable Management Couple who have experience in running similar style operations front of house. The successful candidates will understand what excellent customer experience means and should be able to ensure that the front of house service team delivers a consistent 5* service experience time and time again.
