Recruiting a passionate and talented Head Chef for a well-established retail complex located on the outskirts of Eastleigh, Hampshire to join their brigade.

The Restaurant has 250 seats and offers a wonderful selection of freshly prepared food, from sumptuous baguettes, crisp salads, delicious homemade soups, mouth-watering chef's specials to roast of the day from our carvery and a superb selection of hot and cold desserts.

You will work 5 out of 7 days working straight shifts 8am-6pm or 12noon-10pm.
The Role of the Head Chef is:

• Manage the Kitchen and team on a daily basis
• Producing dishes to meet the required standard
• Ensuring food safety and health and hygiene
• Develop and train the other chefs

The Requirements of the Head Chef are:

• Experience at a Head Chef level in a similar environment
• Qualifed & Experienced
• Passionate about food
• Able to work in a busy environment

Salary of £28,000-£32,000
