Blue Arrow Derby are proud to be working in partnership with a leading Healthcare provider, and we are currently looking to recruit a number of 111 Health Advisors for part-time (evening) positions to join their expanding team based at their Chesterfield site.
Please note the client currently is unable to take any candidates who are on furlough, or who are studying courses alongside at this time.
Training will be full-time (even for the part-time roles) for 6 weeks at either the Derby or Chesterfield site, and will be over weekdays and weekends.

About the Role
As a Health Advisor for the NHS 111 Service, you will be working as a key member of the team in a busy fast-paced environment. You will be providing call handling for patients requiring urgent medical assistance ensuring the appropriate response is given based on the patient's symptoms/needs.
Hours
We have a high number of part-time evening roles available. These will be based on different shift patterns that will be between Mon-Sun, and include working 3 out of 4 weekends and 6 out of 8 bank holidays. They will be between the below times, so you must be flexible to work during any of these times and days if needed.
These will be 4 x 5 hours shifts (20 hours) and 4 x 6 hour shifts (24 hours)
Rotas' are advised up to 4 weeks in advance - a breakdown of exacts days will be shown to you during the interview process.
Salary -£19,601

Assessment & Interview Process
The interview process will include of a successful agency registration, a literacy and listening assessment, and a final interview including telephone based scenario questions. Assessments are every Tuesday and Wednesday at 10:00am, and are around 1 hour long - these will be based remotely so you must have access to a computer or laptop for this, and be available for one of these slots.
If you have been successful compliance checks (including 2 years referencing), an Enhanced DBS checks (Child and Adult Workforce) and Medical Assessments will then be conducted. Please note this stage can take up to 6 weeks to be completed and you are not able to start until they have been.
Once the above has been successful, you must be available for 6 weeks full-time to complete the required training at Derby or Chesterfield.
If you are unable to commit to any of the above application stage, unfortunately your application will be unsuccessful.
The Commute
Located in Ashgate Manor in Chesterfield this location would suit anyone with their own transport in Chesterfield or the surrounding areas. The site is also easily commutable to via bus services as there are bus stops a short walk from the site, and a 15 minute walk from Chesterfield train station (but please consider the early and late start timings).
