I am looking to speak to Accounts Administrators that will work with and support the busy logistics team in our Glasgow based client.
Key Day to Day tasks will include :-
* Performing regular and ongoing checks on stock against Oracle Inventory records
* Acting as first point of contact for telephone and e-mail enquiries
* Providing comprehensive high-quality administrative support
* Maintaining, populate and track data within excel spreadsheets
* Resolving purchase order queries with external suppliers and contacts
* Delivery note queries
* Quantity issues and assessing lead times to minimise delay and disruption
The successful candidate will have :-
* Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
* Numeracy and the ability to understand and communicate financial information
* Ability to input numerical information accurately into inventory management system Oracle/equivalent
* Ability to organise & prioritise own workload, working as part of a team with minimum supervision and to multi-task
* Accurate keyboard skills with a working knowledge of accounting systems, spreadsheets & word processing
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
