Location: Wolverhampton WV9
Pay Rate: £10.32 per hour - Potential performance based pay rise after 6 months
Contract: Initial period of 6 months - Permanent prospects are high
I am currently recruiting for Call Centre Advisors based in Pendeford, Wolverhampton (WV9)
Role - Call Centre Advisor

Start Date - 18th August 2021
Interview Process - Previous customer service experience will be discussed as well as the role and duties. Role play will be included and the interviewer will be the customer.
Hours -Monday - Friday
(Shift Rotation: 7-3/8-4/9-5/10-6/11-7/12-8) - and will be required to work 1 in 4 Saturday's 9am - 2pm. Will never work 2 Saturdays together, plus 2 x 15 min breaks in am and pm. Late shifts will either be 12pm - 8pm or 10.30am - 6pm. If scheduled to work a Saturday will get the Tuesday off but will be required to work an extra half an hour to compensate.
Job Duties - Telephony and Processing
Candidate Experience - Previous customer service experience is imperative this can be in a face to face or office environment, previous telephony experience is ideal.
Training - Microsoft Teams
Location - Office based - Wolverhampton Penderford Business Park - Parking available on site, Bus and Train links also available.
Pay Rate - £10.32 per hour
Contract Length - 23 weeks with the view to be extended

This is an inbound Telephony role where your working day will involve helping customers to grow their business through assisting them with their enquiries and fulfilling their business banking needs in an efficient and effective manner. You will use your skills and knowledge to ensure each of our customers is provided with an excellent customer experience.
The day to day banking needs that you will be supporting our customers with include queries relating to cheques, money transfers, balance enquiries, Internet Banking registrations and debit card queries.
