Sous Chef - Local Restaurant - £26,000-£30,000 + Tips in Arundel

Local Restaurant situated in Arundel that serves traditional British and European food is looking for a Sous Chef. The role offers an excellent salary and creativity with menus as they are a small independent restaurant so you will have lots of input and flexibility.
We are recruiting for a fantastic Sous Chef for this hugely popular Restaurant in Arundel
The Kitchen produces a traditional British/European menu all served from fresh produce and you will be responsible for working with the chefs to deliver the dishes for the customers of the restaurant.
The role is 5 out of 7 days, working 45 hours per week.
Sous Chef responsibilities:
* Producing dishes to meet the required standard
* Ensuring food safety and health and hygiene
* Assist with deliveries
* Stock control
Sous Chef requirements:
* Experience at Senior Chef de Partie, Junior Sous Chef or Sous Chef level in a restaurant environment or professional kitchen
* Passionate about the hospitality industry
* Enthusiastic attitude and willing to learn and progress
* Salary of £26,000-£30,000 a year + tips
