You will be working for a company based in Sudbury who are looking to add a Warehouse Supervisor to their operation.
Your new role
As the Warehouse Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for the successful and smooth running of the warehouse cleaning operations, being directly responsible for small team warehouse cleaners. This will be a hands on position and you will spend most of your day helping with the cleaning and management of the warehouse and yard this will include using the fork lift so it is advantageous that you have a fork lift license but this can be provided if you don't. You must ensure that all KPI's are set and are being hit and that all aspects of the warehouse operation comply with current health and safety legislation. You will be responsible for the day to day running and management and will have exposure to senior management allowing you to share your ideas and implement changes effectively.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed you will have previous work experience within a warehouse environment preferably within a supervisor/ manager position. You will have a fork lift license and will be happy to get stuck into the day to day operation. You will be a good user of IT systems allowing you to create and manage KPI reporting for the warehouse operation.
What you'll get in return
In return you will receive an hourly rate of £10.00/hr. This role is Temp. to Perm. so after 12 weeks you will be taken on permanently by the client.
