Brief Job Description:
The post holder will ensure the maintenance of the filing system.
The post holder will be responsible for contacting contractors for emergency calls/repair work.
The post holder will be involved in the operation and maintenance of departmental filing systems, the use of all Microsoft Office systems including Microsoft Word; Microsoft Excel; Microsoft Outlook; the use of internal and external telephone systems; local intranet system and internet systems.

Reception signing in and out subcontractors, first point of contact and some general admin and data entry.
Pay Rate: £8.72p
