Are you looking to make the transmission from Retail or Hospitality into an office-based role? Do want to utilise your excellent customer service in a busy and energetic company? The we have the perfect opportunity for you.

2020 may not have been the best year, so lets make 2021 different. From 4th January 2021 we are looking for 5 x exceptional individuals to join a fun and energetic team based in central Swindon. Taking incoming calls and dealing with all sorts of customer enquiries, you will need to be super professional at all times. Full training will be given but to be considered you will need the following essential skills and attributes

• Patience
• Accuracy
• Maths and English GCSE Grace A- C or equivalent
• Excellent customer service experience
• A comfortable knowledge of moving around a PC and basic databases
