Blue Arrow are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for customer service advisors working on behalf of one of the UK's leading utility companies.
Working in a call centre environment you will be answering inbound calls dealing with customer issues regarding billing and payments.
All calls are inbound
High volume of calls
Dealing with queries relating to billing and payments
Setting up direct debits
Assisting with payment issues
This is a busy role however you will learn lots of new skills through this comprehensive training plan including 4 weeks full time training Monday - Friday 9am-5pm. Following this you will be expected to work between the hours of 9.30-5.30pm with a possible extension to 8pm working and potentially some Saturdays.
This is continuous work with the possibility of a permanent contract so don't delay and secure your role now.
