The role is based on site - working full time in an ongoing contract which will lead to a permanent contract after probation. The site is Approved covid safe - we have a one-way system in place - following a 2-metre ruling in corridors and around the work areas, all staff wear masks on site and sanitiser available at all entry points,
This role is working within the payment management team - your role primarily will be support customers who are facing financial difficulty or want to reduce their phone contracts to support their financial circumstances. The role includes:
* Supporting customer with payment plan options on their mobile contract - discussing various options
* Listening attentively to customer circumstances and exploring options that can help the customer
* Capturing data onto the system
* Lifting bars on customer accounts
* Showing empathy always - listening and finding a solution that works for them
Attributes you will need are:

Your contribution in each call with make a huge difference to a customer's day - we will give you full and in depth training most scenarios.
Full training is provided with pay - and coaching and mentoring ongoing during your journey with us.
The team are very friendly, warm and approachable - the working area is professional, well equipped and temperature controlled
