If yes to all the above - We are looking for a team of a team of inbound call Centre Advisors to join the formidable brand of Tesco Mobile
The role is based on site at Preston Brook - Runcorn.
If you are hardworking - have an excellent attendance record and passionate about people and talking to them all day on a phone - we have an opportunity for you.
You will be working at the Preston Brook Call centre and will commence your journey with us starting 7 weeks in house training, 3 weeks classroom style and a further 4 weeks in graduation bay taking live calls being coached, mentored and supporting customers.
The calls will be a mixture of general enquiries, delivery queries, amending orders, mobile phone queries, number transfers and bill enquiries.
The role is demanding but the environment relaxed, exciting, fun and supportive.

THE REQUIREMENTS ARE:
* Able to travel to Preston Brook - WA7 3QA
* Can work 37.5 hours
* Can work 5 out of 7 days in weekends
* Hours between 8am - 10pm Monday - Friday - Sat/Sun reduced times
* Can demonstrate great customer service
* Proficient on PC
* Happy to talk and answer customer queries all day
The rate of pay is £9.30PH
