Job title: Warehouse Process Operator
Reports to: Shift Team Manager
Pay Rate: £9.25 per hour
Working hours: Various shift patterns: Work 4 on 4 off. Work 2 days 6am to 6pm, and then work 2 nights, 6pm - 6am, and then have 4 off.
Location: Milton Keynes
Temporary contract with the opportunity of a temp to perm contract long term.
An expanding and prestigious Blue Arrow client based in Milton Keynes are currently looking for Warehouse Process Operator for busy manufacturing site. As a Process Operator you'll play a huge part in ensuring a smooth and super quick service is delivered.
To maintain allocated machine production to agreed standards of performance and to ensure that Company standards are maintained with specific regards to health and safety, quality hygiene and housekeeping and business performance.

The candidate we are looking for someone who:
* Loves to work as part of a team

* Can accurately follow written instructions

* Is reliable and punctual
* Someone who has experience with inventory and logistic software programs
* Someone who has relevant experience.
Main duties and responsibilities:
* Maintaining a safe working environment, taking active responsibility for your own safety
* Co-operate with any trials or changes to working practices that take place.
* Suggest improvements to the working methods that will increase productivity, aid effectiveness of production, improve quality and enhance Health and Safety.
* Log all relevant information in the space provided in the machine log book and complete the form Safety Inspection
* Carry out a full machine safety check on the machines in your care within the first two hours of every shift.
