My client is currently recruiting for an ad-hoc Receptionist. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with their ever-expanding team. I am looking for a confident, organised and friendly people person who can work well within a team and individually. A desire to ensure customer service and experience is of the highest standard and to ensure the experience is not only met with customer expectations but exceeded.
- Preferable previous hotel reception experience
- Customer service experience
- Immaculate presentation
- Exemplary attention to detail
- Superb communication skills
- Good telephone, email and face to face manner
- Work using your own initiative
- IT skills & use of Microsoft
- Personalised service with a smile
- Approachable, friendly & positive attitude
- Experience working in a busy environment
- Remain calm under pressure and/or a difficult circumstance
