Summary of Role:
Working within a large customer service team, the successful candidate will provide a first-class service and experience to all customers who contact us via inbound calls, web enquiries, live chat and Facebook. Your primary role will be to take calls from customers directly. All calls involve general enquries.
We are looking for a team of customer service/call handlers to join the team of one of our high profile client.The ideal candidates will be self- motivated, experienced in customer service industry.We will give you the tools to deliver exceptional customer service in a progressive and forward looking company.
As a Call Handler you will deal with both back-office and telephony customer queries. This will be via written communication or inbound calls, there is no requirement for outbound or cold calling. You will handle an active caseload of work; however, this does not involve complaint resolution only ensuring the correct customer outcome is achieved.
